A Russian Soyuz-2.1a rocket carrying over 70 satellites blasts off from Baikonur Cosmodrome. The rocket is expected to deliver over 70 satellites to Earth's orbit, including the Kanopus-V-IK orbiting spacecraft equipped with Earth-viewing cameras to map the planet in color to aid emergency responders, crop managers and environmental scientists.
