Kazakhstan to launch first remote sensing satellite this year
Almaty, Kazakhstan (XNA) Apr 12, 2013
The Kazakh space agency said Wednesday that it plans to launch the country's first Earth remote sensing satellite by the end of this year. "The launch of the first medium-resolution remote sensing satellite is planned for the 4th quarter of 2013" from Russia's Yasny Cosmodrome, the press service of KazCosmos said in a press release.
