Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Thursday that a missile that killed at least six members of the same family in the latest Russian strikes may have been supplied by Pyongyang.
"Of course, there will still be examinations, everything will be checked, but as of now, it's North Korean ballistic weaponry," he said in his evening address.
